Here is my cute husband sporting a beard:
Here we are together, demonstrating how a beard can feel sort of scratchy:
Here we are proving that you can still snuggle, despite a scratchy beard :
Here we are, on date night, commemorating the great bearded Spring of '09 with a photo booth photo shoot:
Here I am, looking concerned, because Kevin has just told me that his beard's days are numbered:
And, finally, here is why I was concerned:
And there you have it, a beard story.
I kind of look my-name-is-earl-ish in that second mustache shot.
ReplyDeleteKevin looks awesome! Jarom did that once and it totally weirded me out. My dad had a mustache for at least part of my childhood and it was a little strange to see Jarom with one. So, the question is. . . did the mustache stay???
ReplyDeleteThe mustached stayed for about 5 minutes! It was just too weird on a young guy! Kevin will appreciate that you think he looks awesome. :)
ReplyDeleteBryan grew a beard and then had a mustache (for 10 minutes) and it was horrifying. There is a reason our dad's are the only people allowed to have these! That story was such a great way to start my morning, I hear Pulitzer Prize ...
ReplyDeletemy vote is....creepy!!! studly with the stache but much studlier without, kev.
ReplyDeleteI know, the mustache on a young guy is just weird! Jess - thanks for the Pulitzer Prize vote of confidence --- I'll let you know if I'm nominated. Sarah - I actually liked the beard, but definitely agree with you that a Kevin sans mustache is much studlier than a moustached Kevin. :)
ReplyDeleteyeah, i loved the beard - that looked really good!!!
ReplyDeletei like the rustic look kev. But not so much the little mustache. Its a bit too Will Ferrell in Anchor man for me haha
ReplyDeleteMustaches can be scary! Robert had a handle bar mustache when Kyle was born... not the best look! Can't wait to meet you guys next week! We will be there from Wednesday until Friday morning. See you soon!
ReplyDeletethis was awesome!! and kev, happy birthday!!!!
